service.sap.com does not seem to work with Mozilla/Netscape; however it works
with IE5.

Steps to Reproduce:
try to open service.sap.com
Status: UNCONFIRMED → RESOLVED
Closed: 23 years ago
Resolution: --- → DUPLICATE
Reporter: if you are unable to load the page at all, it is because you do not
have PSM (Personal Security Manager) installed.  The site is an https:// secure
site and thus needs PSM.

In any case, there is an evangelism issue with this site.  It is filed at bug 87489
