Steps to reproduce:

we switch the bluetooth on and off quickly


Actual results:

sometimes,the bluetooth is on,but the bluetooth do not find any device,


Expected results:

it should be a lot of devices found in the search procedure,because we turn some device`s bluetooth on and their visible is on.
