The new events.webmaker.org site is missing Google Analytics tracking tags, so we're missing data since the site went live.

Does this use Universal or Classic analytics?

Webmaker sites are running on the Classic GA so this will need to as well as it will feed the data into the same property. 

(though we'll want to work through upgrading all sites at some point).

I left a note about the default state of the server response, just take a look at that first.
