994646 - Add an option "Copy from $release"

For each major version, we are going through the cycle
Aurora => Beta > Release

For each release, in nucleus, we have to create a new Release (that is ok) and rebuild the list of Notes (that is a bit boring).

To simplify our work, it would be nice to have an option "Copy from Release foo"
This option would copy all the release note associated to the release "foo".

Use case:
* in beta, we are currently working on 29
* 29 is going to be released in more or less 3 weeks
* I will create a new Release called "29 release"
* I will have to copy the list of "Notes" for this release
This option will allow me to skip this last step.
