Steps to reproduce:
1. Load Reviewer Tools on Android phone https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/reviewers/apps/

Expected results:
There are no design or layout issues.

Actual results:
Pending App Reviews column is not aligned properly.

Notes/Issues:
Verified on FF31 (Android 4.2.1 Galaxy Nexus). Reproducing on: dev, stage.
