Steps to reproduce:
Load web page with three frames.
The web page loads contents into the inner two frames via Javascript.
Actual results:
After closing and restarting Firefox, the outmost frame is replaced by next inner frame, but the frame setup (horizontal/vertical tiling) is unchanged.
So there are still 3 frames, but the second is in position 1, and third in position 2.

Yeah a test case would be really helpful here. Getting session history right especially with multiple subframes isn't easy so I would really appreciate some more information to reproduce this.
