99505 - [MacOS X] The create profile manager dialog shows cut-off with Japanese region

Build: 09-13 0.9.4 branch build on Mac OS X with regional set to Japanese

Steps to reproduce:
1. Set Mac OS X region to Japanese.
1. Start Profile Manager.
2. Choose "Create New Profile".

Result:
You will see in this dialog window, the string has been slightly cut-off  at the
end of string - see screen shot 1.
Note: If region set to US, you won't this cut-off on same OS /same build -
screen shot 2.

This dialog window size can not be resized.

I don't think this is related to mail/news at all. It seems the area of the view
is miscaculated.

It looks like we use different font when the vers resource is set to 'japanese'.
nhotta- can you research this one ?

This is US build on OS region Japanese, so 'vers' are not 'japanese'.
Yuying, please try this again with the latest build.

I still see this problem on 12-10 trunk build.

However, on our N6.2.1 build, the profile manager window looks like a "modern"
theme which doesn't has this problem.  And on our trunk build, the profile
manager window looks like "classic" theme which will see it.
