there is a English prompt
this should be "Firefox está configurado para usar un servidor proxy que esta rechazando la conexión."

We need more complete STR to reproduce this. "Switch the language to Spanish" - that's on the phone? Also, the screenshot has been removed so I'm not sure if this is a marketplace message (I assume it is) or something else.
