995122 - [Meta][1.3T] Features adjustment due platform constraints

A meta bug to include all de-scoped features on 1.3T,
1) Keyboard (only vibration)  
2) Card view: (instead of screenhots, we use icons to save memory), 
3) Gallery: Camera photo editing will be removed
4) APZC (?): Spreadtrum doesn't like the whiteboarding, looking to turn it off.

5) Usage bar from Notification panel will be removed.

Looks like Usage bar won't need to be removed. See great improvements made in bug 991831.

1. I think keyboard sound only is ok.
2. OK
3. OK, but mozilla should support exif data. 
4. OK

All dependencies has been resolved, hence, close this bug.
