Steps to reproduce:
In "default/admin/custom_fields/create.html.tmpl", line 100, there is a useless align="right" that is not present for the other fields.
This is useless because the texts are already right-align because of table id "edit_custom_field".
The HTML align="right" should be removed to be consistent.

Bugzilla 4.2.7 is old. This has already been fixed in 4.5 a long time ago.
