Details

After a user has saved a stylesheet to disk in the style editor, we should start watching that file for changes. If the file changes on disk (as a result of another program modifying it), we should notify the user of the change and allow them to update to the new version.
This is also needed for Itchpad.

Yes, I think this depends on the new watch functionality.
