995315 - Log counts of FHR reports with add/delete and whether the delete was successful

Currently we don't seem to have a lot of logging of incoming FHR report volume. What I'd like to have is basic summary logging in the collector of the following volume statistics for incoming FHR data:

* All counts broken down by product, version, OS
* Incoming put/delete counts
* For deletes, whether the delete found the document to delete

For now this report should remain private, since it can be used to extrapolate ADI data of a sort.

This was filed as a clone of bug 890045 because that bug kinda got hijacked to only measure the incoming volume but doesn't measure whether the deletes were actually successful or break down by OS.

That depends on how much work it is. I'd definitely love to have these, but the value is diminishing as we move away from this system.
