At a recent offsite, someone from the Developer Relations team shared the idea of showing compatibility information near code that is displayed in Developer Tools. For example, an icon and tooltip next to "text-align: start" indicating that the feature is experimental and not supported in all browsers. caniuse and BrowserScope were named as two possible resources for this compatibility information.

A similar experiment is ongoing here: https://github.com/firefox-devtools/webcompat-helper/
This is not integrated in the rule-view as suggested in comment 0, but lives in a separate panel for now, inside the inspector.
This is being developed as an extension so we can iterate quickly on it and get it tested easily by people.

There's now a new Compatibility sidebar in the inspector. It is not visible by default, you have to turn this pref on: devtools.inspector.compatibility.enabled
.
It is still pretty early, but more work will happen on it soon.
There's now a new bugzilla component for it: DevTools :: Inspector: Compatibility.
So closing this bug in favor of that work.
