Details
Resizing a flash plugin instance can be very slow with an AMD GPU (HD7790, latest beta driver) and OMTC. This is not apparent with an Nvidia GPU (GTX 650, latest stable driver).
To reproduce this, click on the "large player"/"small player" box on a youtube video. This is not reproduced by using page zoom.

This is made worse by having layout.paint_rects_separately set to true.

This seems to be fixed with the 14.6 beta driver.
Adobe Flash is no longer supported.
