Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; WOW64; rv:29.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/29.0 (Beta/Release)
Build ID: 20140410150427
Steps to reproduce:
Writing a comment on or to a Facebook post, clicking on a link, submitting a post on FB, etc.
Actual results:
The browser stops working, fades out, and the error message is Firefox is not responding. I have the option of "waiting for Firefox to respond", which it doesn't in any TIMELY way, or "close program", which is the option I usually take. It usually, though not ALWAYS brings back the pages that were up, but I've lost the "content" to comments, etc.
Expected results:
It shouldn't be "not responding" as often as I'm encountering the issue, at least as one might expect, unless that's just Firefox!

WFM on the latest builds (beta, aurora, nightly).
Reporter, can you reproduce this issue in safe mode? How about with a clean profile?

If this works fine with a clean profile, you can use the Reset Firefox option to get a new profile that will keep most of your data (history, bookmarks etc):
