Details

Running tests in random order reveals that browser_offlineQuotaNotification.js has some timing issues.

I can reliably get the test to time out by running it in a loop:

$ mach mochitest-browser browser_offlineQuotaNotification.js --repeat 10

There appears to be multiple hang points.
