Steps to reproduce:

clicked on email address in From: section
Created name for filter  first two items below name checked
Chose one of the option:
Match All of the Following
Match any of the following
Match all Messages
Choose Move to



Actual results:

Nothing happens you can't choose anything. 


Expected results:

Should be able to click on Folder Directory button and choose no only the sub folder but the mail box to put in. 

I've had to use time Machine and you the previous version.
