User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/33.0.1750.152 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce: I tried to compare two versions of Evopedia: https://marketplace.firefox.com/reviewers/apps/review/evopedia Actual results: They changed the launch path and because of that, the diff tool doesn't compare 1.1.0 and 1.0.3. Expected results: It should compare files taking in count their relative launch path.
