 DEFECT DESCRIPTION:
  All the letters are capital when open capitalize the first word
 
  REPRODUCING PROCEDURES:
  1.launch Messaging->create a new message->tap message field
  2.Press Double tap the key "cap"->input characters
  3.tap"cap"key->tap"cap"key again->input characters->all characters dispaly capital-->KO
 
  EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR:
  KO：the fisrt character is capital, others should be lowercase letters

  moderate
 
  REPRODUCING RATE:
  5/5
  For FT PR, Please list reference mobile's behavior:
  beetle lite FF has the same behavior.

As I remember this one has been debated for a while. The decision is we won't modify the current behavior. So it won't be a blocker

No, i am wrong, this is a different bug, qawanted for regression window and to confirm if this is still exist in the newest 1.3 or master build

Removing the window request as I'd like us to first figure out what behavior is seen on 1.1 & 1.3.

The reported issue reproduces on both 1.1 and 1.3 Buri. Following the STR from Comment 0, all characters display as capital on both 1.1 Buri and 1.3 Buri builds.
