Go to any webpage with video.
Actual results:
I get the grey Flash plugin crash error message.
Expected results:
Played video

What information do you need? I tried turning off hardware acceleration in both FF and Adobe flash, to no errect.

Not always, but very frequently in the last few weeks. Yes, latest version of both.
