Steps to reproduce:

A.- Overview Description (technical background, concise explanation of the bug):
When the DuT is registered in "Particular" suscription, allows
to access to the FDN (Fixed Dialling Number)menu. Then, the user can
enable/disable the FDN list number.  
B.- Steps to Reproduce (initial conditions, required resources, step by step instructions to reproduce):
1.- Put the Dual SIM and enter the PIN for "Particular" subscription.
2.- Go to settings/Call settings/Fixed dialing numbers

Dual SIM is the SIM card which has two IMSI


Actual results:

C.- Actual Result (current bad behaviour that is reported as a bug):
It´s possible to access to FDN menu from "Particular" subscription. The handset asks for the PIN2 in order to off/on FDN.
The FDN can be handled from "Particular" suscription.


Expected results:

D.- Expected Result (correct behaviour wished):
FDN management must not be possible from "Particular" subscription.
The item for FDN should not be available from "Particular"
