+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #649362 +++
 DEFECT DESCRIPTION:
 The phone can set Voicemail number when open the air mode
 
 REPRODUCING PROCEDURES:
 1.Enter settings-> call settings-> voicemail
 2.Long press powerkey turn on the airplane mode and edit the voicemail number
 3.The voicemail number can set successfully-->ko
 
 EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR:
 ko:When open the airplane mode the voicemail number can not set
