99605 - Problems editing textfields in HTML pages

Steps to reproduce problem:
1. Load the testcase. The text appears to display correctly.
2. Open Advanced properties. Two spurious advanced properties appear.
3. Change the "value" property. The textarea spuriously changes its text.4.
Insert/HTML and change the text. The text spuriously disappears.5. Open Advanced
properties and create a "value" property. The text appears.
6. Switch to HTML view. Notice that both the old and new text appear.
7. Also notice that the HTML source has destroyed the wrapping.
