Steps to Reproduce
1. Plug in device, disable screen lock and enable remote debugging through ADB and dev tools

2. Add packaged app that is attached (it's just the emberjs version of TodoMVC

3. Connect to Phone

4. Click Update to Install. Console shows app is installing but it never appears on homescreen.

5. Clicking Debug also doesn't work

Rory mentioned on IRC that installing to the 1.4 simulator works, so it's specific to devices.

I am not able to reproduce this with either a 1.5 or 1.4 build on my Keon.

Jan, do you (or maybe someone else in Paris) have access to an Inari device to test this?
