 Description: There is no option to configure read reply request and priority setting for sending / recieving MMS messages. Per default it is always set to yes and Priority is normal fields when sending a MMS message.

We only support delivery report in v1.3. Read reply is for v1.4 and later, and there is no priority feature in message app.
