As long as bug 979784 fix, we do not need 'distribution_tablet' any more.

Do you think should we move `distribution_tablet` to new repo (gaia-distribution-sample)?
So everyone who wants to customize gaia could reference it.

we have customization[1] in GAIA_DIR and that is a prefect sample for distribution mechanism.
