996628 - Add contribution "buckets" to park-warden

We need a way to query for contribution numbers also on type of contribution.

This will need a patch in sawmill's user-stats worker to build contribution sets by user and type

ie. "123:contribution:code" = []

Types are:

code
content
events
training
community
testing
apis

Sawmill only identifies create_event events as a contribution, more will have to be built in.

One thing to fix up here noted in github, good to go after that.

when you rev the version, please rev the minor version because it's not api-compatible.

Adam - We're going to change the url for "events" contributions tomorrow - want to sync up with Chris or I tomorrow morning (10AM EDT/3PM BDT) to get the correct URL and make sure everything works?
