Details

For event originals stored on video-origin the resubmit page pre-populates the the URL textbox with a link to the original video file. For event originals stored on S3 the URL textbox is left blank. This means that you must either have already copied the url from the event edit page to the clipboard, or you must open the event edit page in a new tab and copy the url.
