Steps to reproduce:
1. Submit a new app https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/developers/submit/?src=nav
2. Set up Content Ratings.

Expected results:
After the ratings are confirmed in the IARC website, the Content Ratings page from Dev Hub reloads and the set up ratings are displayed.

Actual results:
After confirming the ratings on the IARC website, the Content Ratings page from Dev Hub reloads and the "Oops" page is displayed. If we load again the page, we will see the ratings set up properly.

Notes/Issues:
Verified on FF31 (Win 7). Reproducing on:dev. Not reproducing on:stage, prod

IARC finished their rollout of v2 this morning.  They say it should be no difference from end users but something to think about.
