Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:28.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/28.0 (Beta/Release) Build ID: 20140317233623 Steps to reproduce: 1. changed hosts file to point to localhost for a website 2. edited CMS of website 3. changes were made to live version instead Actual results: Firefox still has severe problems with recognizing DNS changes. I have all possible caches disabled and it still connects me to the wrong IP. What's worse, Firefox reports that it's connected to localhost (Flagfox addon displays 127.0.0.1) when in reality it's connected to a server on the internet. Expected results: Should have connected to local address.
