steps to reproduce:
1.Load darjeeling.paas.allizom.org
2.Open an app with truncated description(ie. Facebook)
3.Press "More" link in order to see full description

expected behavior:
At the end of full description, there is a "Less" link in order to go back to truncated description

observed behavior:
"Less" link is missing

reproducible?: yes

NOTES:
Reproducible for both app details view and listing view
