Steps to reproduce: 1. Open developer hub 2. Click on submit a new app 3. Enter a valid app manifest URL or upload a packaged app Expected results: The app is validated. Actual results: The throber keeps spinning and the app is not validated. Notes/Issues: This issue is not reproduceable every time. I observed the behaviour in the first part of the day then it worked fine and after some time the issue started to reproduce again. Verified on FF31 (Win 7). Reproducing on:prod. I don't think this is a duplicate as the actual results differ. This issue can now be reproduced, intermittently, on stage using the STR from the first comment.(i could not reproduce it on dev and production) Please see this screencast: http://screencast.com/t/3JgvAJ33fzs
