It appears that some cameras need different settings. Let's make it possible to set the camera settings as a command line option, then configure jenkins to use those custom settings if available.
I'll handle the eideticker portion, :davehunt can do the jenkins portion.

Looks good. It turns out this isn't needed for Jenkins as I'm able to simply overwrite the settings file named after the camera's identifier. That said, this is certainly a useful enhancement for testing multiple settings files locally.
