When opening URL on Windows with HWA enabled, the alignment of the buttons with the arrow-images is off vertically by one pixel.

Another example:

Open the following two URLs in tabs

Switching between them (Ctrl+PgUp/PgDown) shows the "jumping" of the username and the badge below the avatar. This also doesn't happen when HWA is off.
Cut down the URL to a testcase as much as I could.

1.) Compare the "line-height"-values. 16px with HWA off, 17px with HWA on.

2.) Notice the shifting of some website-elements and their change of size.

3.) And the Firefox-UI is also affected, with the lines in the Inspector and the Styles-overview being way too big.
