Some features of the new signup process require an account that will auto-vouch other accounts (for example, employees will automatically get one vouch). In order to close this bug...

1) Please offer suggestions for the name of the account, or upvotes on other suggestions
2) A Mozillians.org admin will add the crowd favorite as an account that will vouch thousands of users

Suggestions so far demonstrate the range of possibilities:

* "Mozillians Auto-Voucher"
* "Dino McVouch"

After discussing with :hoosteeno, :sancus, :tasos and :nemo we decided not to create a auto-vouching account.

The reasons not to do so are the following:
 - McDino's profile page will be huge (a couple of Mbs), therefore slow to load and render making it practically unusable
 - Voucher can be None so there's no need to have a special auto-vouching account.
 - But displaying McDino instead of none next to a vouch is better.

So:
 - We will add Vouch.autovouch Boolean property to identify auto vouches with voucher=None
 - Based on that flag we'll display McDino as voucher but there will be no McDino profile
 - We'll create a special /about/mcdino page what will explain who's McDino (bug 1034019)

I created bug 1034025 to track this. Marking this one as WONTFIX.

I think this was mistakenly bumped to wontfix?
Resolution: WONTFIX → FIXED
Nope WONTFIX per comment #1. Commit in comment #2 is about bug 997417

Bumping to verified wontfix - not sure I understand, the git commit in comment 2 confused me.
