When the user taps toggle fullscreen, the video will be crop out on landscape or portrait 

Repro Steps:
1) Go to Browser
2) Go to http://html5-demos.appspot.com/static/fullscreen.html
3) Tap toggle fullscreen

Expected: The video should be maximize, fit screen

Actual: The video is crop out

we should check to see if this happens on 1.3 buri as well.
I think it may have to do with webkit?  Not sure.
