99759 - XPI installation progress window is ugly

To reproduce:
1.  Download an XPI (e.g. a new theme).
2.  Look at the progress window.

What you see:
*   A window title which is exactly the same as the title for other installation
    windows that may be open at the same time.
*   `Downloading...' text which is not in the user's system font.
*   A throbber, though the progress window is not a Web browser.
*   A separator, though there's nothing worth separating.
*   A text field which is always empty.
*   Another text field for showing status text, though there's no point in
    selecting the status text.
*   A `Cancel' button which appears at the bottom of the window, like a dialog,
    when if a user thought this was a dialog they'd end up cancelling their
    download by mistake.

What you should see:
*   The exact same download progress window as is used for downloading any other
    filetype -- unless there's a good reason to be inconsistent, and I can't
    think of one.

This may not get fixed entirely, but it will definitely get changed by the
embedding changes

This is an entirely new dialog now. You still may not like it, but if so please
file a new bug.

UI for installation looks different now for both TRUNK and BRANCH.  Reporter, if
you still have comments about the dialogs, please submit new bug report with
comments.  Hopefully, you find the new look as an improvement.  Marking Verified!
