Open the mail program [the quickstart tray icon is loaded].  It reports "17"
unread messages in "sci.crypt".  I click on sci.crypt and it goes to zero.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.open mail
2.see unread message indicator
3.click on folder to realize no messages

Actual Results:  Shows unread messages when there are none

Expected Results:  Shouldn't indicate "unread messages"
There are a number of known problems with the unread count, just see bug 71728.
Anyways, this seems to be a duplicate of bug 34406
