The environment I tested:
"MyPC":Traditional Chinese Windows2000, shared a folder that contains "Mozilla"
"TestPC":English Windows2000.
If I run the copy in \\MyPC\Mozilla from "TestPC", the Mozilla will creates a
lot of Windows and never stop until I use Task Manager to terminate the process

Hmm, duping against bug 8684 despite the age of that bug :-) The fact it has
been marked nsenterprise has to be good though.

let me make sure I got the installation correct:
You installed mozilla locally onto your "MyPC", which works fine on "MyPC", but
does NOT when you launch from other PCs.
