997925 - Selecting text which goes beyond the viewport doesn't scroll the window

STR:
- Maximize the browser.
- Open URL and make sure there's a horizontal scrollbar when the window is maximized or fullscreen'd.
- Try to select the whole row of "GeForce 605" from the "Model"-column to the "Release Price (USD)"-column. 

or

- Scroll to the right and try to select the whole first row from the "Release Price (USD)"-column to the "Model-column.

ER:
Moving the mouse to the edge of the window while selecting the text should scroll the viewport in the desired direction.

AR:
Nothing happens.

Since then, selecting and scrolling sideways in a maximized window is broken.


When you got the taskbar on the left or the right instead of the top or the bottom, you cannot even scroll to the bottom either when the window is maximized.

Trying to scroll (h or v) doesn't work in fullscreen-mode either.

Tested in Windows 7 and Ubuntu 12.04 with Firefox 28 and Nightly.
No issues in Chrome (except fullscreen) or IE.
