Addons being no-restart is an important part of my personal choice to use some addons. We expose it on addons.mozilla.org. From the addons search result, you can get more information on an addon, and the homepage sometimes is the addons.mozilla.org page for the addon, so in that case i can look there, but sometimes it's not, and there's no easy way to figure, except for downloading and installing the addon, and get prompted to restart, and then cancel. I think whether an addon is no-restart should be exposed in the about:addons UI for addons search results.
Component: General → Add-ons Manager
Product: Firefox → Toolkit
Non-restartless addons are no longer supported.
