998088 - [Tarako] after copying large image copied to DCIM folder, Gallery app does not show preview of file

STR:

- Copy a 1MB file or 5 MB file to the phone by either bluetooth transfer or usb transfer.  Photos are available from here:http://www.dpreview.com/galleries/reviewsamples/photos/2891182/dscf0616?inalbum=fujifilm-x-t1-review-samples
pick large or original image
- copy the files to the DCIM folder
- Start gallery

Expected:
- Gallery app starts, and thumbnail of the picture is rendered

Actual:
- Thumbnail image is not visible

Issue is reproducible with the 5.2MB image on 1.3 Buri. The device simply doesn't render a thumbnail in the gallery for the 5MB image.
I did try with the next biggest image (379KB) on the listed website, and Buri correctly displays the image in Gallery.
