Description:
This is a seemingly random error message encountered while using the Tarako. Most recently I have encountered it When returning to the home screen from the Settings app. Another tester reported seeing it when sending a MMS with one sim and then switching sims. I have not been able to get solid repro steps but feel that the issue should start getting some attention. 
I did have my logcat running in the background previously when I encountered it but did not realize it until a bit later so am attaching a bit of a long logcat - sorry for the amount of data it contains, but I don't risk chopping off any sections that might have viable data on it.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Tarako to BuildID: 20140417004002
2) Use the tarako

Actual:very rarely an Operator message error message will be encountered.
Expected:
This message will not be encountered through normal usage

It looks like that stk send the sms or ss code.but i don't have the ril log or rilc log, so i can't confirm it.
