You can pull-down the SELECT, but the OPTIONs are unselectable.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load page
2. Pull down the SELECT at the bottom of the page
3. Try to select on of the OPTIONs

Actual Results:  OPTION is not selected.

Expected Results:  OPTION should be selected.

Bug 79439 looks close, but that's a dupe of bug 69785, and that's long since
been fixed...

I find it curious that this bug (bug 99836) was marked as a dupe of a

if the latter has more information in it.
