I had a Level 3 account on mlamouri@mozilla.com but I do no longer have a MoCo account. Could that account be moved to mounir@lamouri.fr ?

I have attached my public key. I do not remember which one is associated with mlamouri@mozilla.com. Would be great if that new one is used.
Over to server-ops.

Please copy the hg permissions (should be the hg bit, scm_level_1-3) to a new community LDAP account for mounir@lamouri.fr.  Please use the SSH key attached to this bug.

The hg permissions were not a 1:1 copy as when the moco account got disable, the respective bits get disabled to.

Following done:
ldap account created,ssh key added,scm_level_3,hg bits set.

Please allow sometime (~40mins) for the requested changes to take effect.
