I noticed that when I get an email notifying me of a reply to a questions thread, the subject header is prefixed with "[SUMO]".
e.g. Subject: Re: [SUMO] How do I change the default address book from the Personal Address Book?
"SUMO" is a project name, not the name users of support.mozilla.org see. I would bet that the large majority of users who have posted a question don't know what SUMO means.
Possible solutions:
* remove it from the subject headers
* replace it with the name users see (right now, that's "Mozilla Support")

[SUMO] only shows for contributors and other users that commented on a thread. The original poster does not get '[SUMO]' in the email subject.
