Description:
When the user creates 3 or more lap times using the stopwatch, the lap times will not add up to the total time that has passed. The sum of the laps will always be behind by .01 seconds

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Tarako to BuildID: 20140417004002
2) Open Clock app>stopwatch
3) Tap start
4) Tap Lap 2 or more times and then Pause
5) Add up all of the displayed lap times

Actual:
The laps times added together are off by .01 seconds when compared to the total time displayed at the top

Expected:
The sum of the lap times equals the total elapsed time
