User taps Settings App, and fast scrolls through the list of options. When user quickly taps an option after the fast scroll process, the selected option is illuminated in blue but the selected option will not open. User must re-select to enter that option's screen. Repro Steps: 1) Updated Tarako to BuildID: 20140418014001 2) Tap Settings App and fast scroll either up or down on page (depending where user is on the screen) 3) At near instance screen stops scrolling, select an option Actual: The selected option is illuminated in blue but the selected option will not open consistently Expected: The selected option is illuminated in blue and the selected option opens each time Repro Rate; 17/20 = 85 percent Other: See attached – logcat, Firewatch, video clip Environmental Variables: Device: Tarako 1.3T MOZ BuildID: 20140418014001 Gaia: f0872318d46781bb59d0a13a2e1fffb115b8ca2b Gecko: 32bb713e6d0d Version: 28.1 Firmware Version: sp6821

This issue does not reproduce on Buri 1.3. Following the STR from Comment 0, the selected option is highlighted in blue and opens as expected each time (20 attempts, 20 successes).
