On WinXP when I open a PDF and attempt to search for a text string I get an EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION_WRITE and the Browser crashes at different addresses (so "Related Bugs" is going to be blank or unreliable). I only have a few Tabs open so Memory is not an issue. I am going to make this only "Critical", but you can bump it up to "Blocker". You can change the Title if you have a better suggestion. STR: 1. Open https://www.samsung-security.com/SAMSUNG/upload/Product_Specifications/Samsung-WiseNetIII-Brochure.pdf . 2. Hit CTRL-F . 3. Type "120" [Enter] . 4. Crash 100% at different addresses. bp-651758e3-42f4-45af-8c80-059402140419 bp-66b3c259-f230-4ad1-8133-30e552140419 .
Can you replicate issue with fresh profile? (I see you have lots of extensions installed) I cannot replicate the issue on Windows 7.
