Looks like I fixed this here : https://github.com/mozilla/identity-ops/commit/4a186cc79dd2a530ebd0fcf7f51aba977d0a176d
and then reverted the fix here when we ended up not going with this train : https://github.com/mozilla/identity-ops/commit/315bc5ce8306e7cdb88edeffc876a58f252e0c58
I'll re-apply this and build new AMIs

Note : This release changes the format of the /.well-known/browserid file. I've updated monitoring to expect this new content.
